Will have to think twice before booking myself a room there again. It is disappointing since a go to the Hotel a lot and expected better customer service for something that could have hurt me or my husband. This piece of metal could have punched my foot and done a lot of damage, a apology would have been nice. The person who walked us over to the security desk asked us at least 3 times if we gambled instead. What really bothered we was that no one out of the 3 people was at all concerned or didn’t even apologize. So we took it to the front desk where the girl behind the desk said Oh no and stared blankly at me, I asked to speak to a manager, a person was called (don’t know if he was a manager) who looked at the metal and said “oh, would you like to report it to security” and we were walked over to the security desk in the casino where I guess the head of security said if we would like our room to be checked for other objects. All was well until something poked my foot in the hotel room (picture below), it was a rusted piece of metal on the floor in the room by the window. With Covid and everything being closed husband and I decided to book a room at the casino, get a massage and go to the Steak House. Since I do not gamble I like to take advantage of the facilities and the restaurants. Stayed at the hotel valentines weekend, I am a local and enjoy going to the there for little getaways.
